In Pakistan all airlines except BA & KLM are charging FSC on volume weight which is unlawful and this must be rectified.FSC must be charges on actual physical weight only as per IATA rule.

So I think it's some thin like alliance between them.
What about BA & KLM? the rates and service I think better
