This feature allow you to filter the mail messages and show it depending on query with the below values:

1- Select Company Name

2- You can select all mail accounts, or specify an account

3- You can determine date to show the mail messages between it

4- Last step you can select type (Sent messages or Received)

When you finish just press Done to see the below window

Show E Mails

From the previous window you can print the messages, delete and edit it
